So many problems with Virgin, so much time lost. I have been with them for some time, and recently "upgraded" to a smart phone.

But my older, "dumber" phone worked much better....at a lower cost and a lower monthly fee. I have had problems with reception, with blue tooth, with the screen, with the camera. The worst of it is customer service. They mean well.

But they often do not understand English, they do not know the products, and they give inaccurate and inconsistent information.

While the phone seemed like a good value, it has not been worth it. Don't buy it!
