I'm in area code 19067 and supposedly "best" coverage and even outside the signal is weak and breaks up with new Virgin Mobile phone. I spent an hour on hold trying to get a return authorization, then an hour or so on chat, then emails, and still I cannot get a refund.

If you check review sites you'll see their service sucks. Ting has much better service, customer service, and cheaper.

I expect the only way I'll get my money from Virgin is disputing payment with credit card and that will take months. Ugh, Virgin Mobile Sucks.
