Today 3/28/12, I called Virgin Mobile to cancel my son's cell phone. He passed away suddenly 2 weeks ago.

They would put me on hold and then 3 minutes later the line would go dead. Over & over. I demanded to talk with a supervisor. On hold again and again.

I finally got it done but was in tears and shaking all over by the time I hung up. In addition, my son had $389.00 in "phone time credits" not refundable.

They would be happy to use some of the money & sell me a new phone. HA!

Monetary Loss: $389.
