The first 3 calls I made ordering a new cell phone battery could not be located, even though I was given confirmation numbers and delivery dates. I made one last call to Virgin Mobile, let's see if I get a new cell phone battery from these fools.
To cover my bases I am ordering a cell phone battery on the internet NOT through Virgin Mobile.
I will NEVER deal with Virgin customer non-service again, NEVER! If it means I have to spend money, lots of money, to get what I need, it is worth my time NEVER to have to deal with Virgin non-customer service again!
