Hi all: For a week, I could not use my cell phone service from Virgin Mobile USA for an unknown reason. Every time I make a call with my cell, I am receiving an automated message that I cannot make a call because my account has no money (they say that) although there is more than $50 in my account.

I talked with three CM and reset MSID & MDN in a couple of different ways. No luck. This is pretty annoying. Customer services of VM are pretty much helpless.

I already wasted 2-3 hours over phone and e-mails. They don't mind my waiting over phone forever.

Monetary Loss: $100.
