Bought a Rumor2 cell phone had it for a month and checked my online billing and notice a $0.15 charge everyday at midnight for "XTRA'S".I sent them an email and they replied back that I activated the internet service.

I only use the phone as a phone. No texting, surfing web nor playing games. After three email they only refunded $0.15. I sent an email to my Aunt and she never checked her billing online and she also found the fraudulent charge also.

She is now fighting with them.I suggest that if anyone uses Virgin Mobile USA to check their billing,

Monetary Loss: $9.
