Bought a Rumor2 cell phone had it for a month and checked my online billing and notice a $0.15 charge everyday at midnight for "XTRA'S". I sent them an email and they replied back that I activated the internet service.

I only use the phone as a phone. No texting, surfing web nor playing games. After three email they only refunded $0.15. I sent an email to my Aunt and she never checked her billing online and she also found the fraudulent charge also.

She is now fighting with them. I suggest that if anyone uses Virgin Mobile USA to check their billing,

Monetary Loss: $9.
